Strains of “White Christmas” are drifting through my mind as I write this post. Partially because our snow has melted. Partially because I am finishing up the last of my sessions for 2013 and making plans for 2014.
As I look back at 2013, I celebrate the opportunities for presenting on music and music therapy. The many people who took part in sessions where such a blessing. They challenged me to learn new music and to try new approaches. And, I cherish the friends (virtual and IRL) who have supported me along the way.
It is in the planning process where my dreams are taking flight. What are my personal hopes and aspirations for the coming year? What are my business goals for the year?
The lyrics of “White Christmas” provide a beautiful structure for the process of reflecting and dreaming. (Thank you Irving Berlin!) Here are the modified lyrics and space to assist you as you remember and dream.:

What are your dreams for 2014?
My dreams for 2014…
I’m just beginning the planning process myself and I am dreaming of feeling loving, relaxed, rested and happy!
So grateful to have you and your uplifted energy in my life, my virtual friend!

And I am grateful for you, Susan. Enjoy the dreaming. I look forward to seeing what springs forth from it.
